Cleaning Your Customer List from Duplicates

Omnibasis offers you simple tools to clean up your customer list. You ran a duplicate report and it will find duplicate with the same email, phone number and mobile number.


  1. Navigate to Customer List omniCustomers \ Customers and expand filter icon.
  2. Click Find duplicates.


Merging duplicate records


Omnibasis search your customers and finds duplicate with same Email, Phone Number and Mobile Number, and groups them together for you.

  1. Choose what customer record is a Primary. That record will stay.
  2. Choose what customer records to merge, using selection next to the customer name.
  3. Click Merge duplicates, for customer records to be merged, one that are not primary, deleted.

Note: when merging, all customer notes are assigned to customer marked Primary.
